Self-initiated Optimization Project
Project Background:
After completing the badge design and implementing badge labeling, the information in the avatar area of the personal center became cluttered and redundant. This extended to information hierarchy and business level issues in the entire personal center, which needed to be streamlined and optimized.
Driver-side Competitors
Uniformity:
1.Highlight various driver tags to enhance driver information completeness and professional identity. Encourage drivers to improve service quality spontaneously.
2.Except for Hello Mobility, which is mainly a comprehensive product, other dedicated driver apps have a more stable and professional design style.
3. Modular design/reduce content information interference on the first screen to enhance content uniformity.
4. Didi's design focuses more on the drivers' needs.
Differences:
1.Except for Yunmanman and Huolala, which are similar in product form, other driver products mainly serve passengers, and drivers are not their direct source of income. However, for Huolala, value-added services for drivers are one of the sources of income.

1.All use modular card design for easier content partitioning and classification. The modular card design does not affect the overall page interaction when adding or removing business.

3.By enhancing the hierarchy of related content information, attract users to stay for a long time, achieving long-term exposure for the business to be promoted, thereby increasing conversions.

But the click-through rate is relatively low, based on current page analysis:
1.Naming issues, making it difficult for users to directly perceive the service of the business function.
2.Insufficient content transmission, making it difficult for drivers to quickly understand what benefits this business can bring them.
3.Insufficient exposure rate, leading to a decline in click-through rate, thus affecting commercial conversion.
